Adding, Deleting, and Administering Users in Treez

All user account administration in Treez is handled by the Retail team. Some examples of user account administration are:

  • User creation and deletion
  • Password changes
  • PIN changes

For San Francisco based stores, you can reach out to Brett Martinez (BMartinez@sparcsf.org) and Knick Pires (KPires@sparcsf.org).

For Sonoma based stores, you can reach out to Jessi Flagg (JFlagg@sparcsf.org) and Craig Pursell (Craigp@sparcsf.org).

 

If you experience issues with user account administration in Treez, begin by reaching out to the Treez support team at support@treez.io.  If, after contacting Treez support, the issue isn't resolved, please feel free to bring in the SPARC IT support team to help resolve the issue.
