Internet is Down

All retail stores have backup internet providers if the primary connection goes down. This switch over should happen automatically, but if the internet is down for a couple minutes or more, reach out to IT support.

If you need internet immediately, a good bandaid solution for an instant internet connection is to use an iPhone to create a Personal Hotspot. Also called tethering, this allows any device with WiFi to connect to the iPhone's ad-hoc network using its cellular data signal. Instructions are here.
