Checking Mail From Multiple G Suite Accounts

If you have multiple email accounts, you can check them in a single Gmail account.

Step 1: Change settings in the other account

  1. Sign in to the Gmail account you want to import from.
  2. In the top right, click Settings Settingsand then Settings.
  3. Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
  4. In the "POP Download" section, select Enable POP for all mail.
  5. Recommended: Next to "When messages are accessed with POP," select keep Gmail's copy in the inbox.
  6. At the bottom, click Save Changes.

Step 2: Change your Gmail settings

  1. Sign in to the Gmail account you want to import to.
  2. In the top right, click Settings Settingsand thenSettings.
  3. Click the Accounts and Import or Accounts tab.
  4. In the "Check mail from other accounts" section, click Add a mail account.
  5. Type the email address of the other account, then click Next Step.
  6. Type your password.
  7. In the "POP Server" section, enter pop.gmail.com, then select Port 995.
  8. Recommended: Check the boxes next to the options below:
    • "Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail"
    • "Label incoming messages"
    • Leave the other boxes unchecked.
  9. Click Add Account.

 

These settings import both old and new messages from another email account. If you only want to forward new messages, see these instructions.

Note: You can only move messages, not folders or labels from your other account.
