Hey There! We've created 2 email signature templates so we have a standardized design that will display correctly across all email clients. Choose from the options below depending on how your email address is used:
sig-retail.html is intended for retail staff and store emails.

Setting up your Signature in Gmail
- Look for the links at the bottom of this page to the signature file you want and download it to your computer.
- Open the file in Chrome.
- In Chrome, you should see the email signature design. Make sure Chrome is the active window, then use Select All (Keyboard shortcut Control+A) to select the design.
- Copy the design to the Clipboard (Control+C).
- Open Gmail.
- In the top right, click Settings

- In the "Signature" section, delete any previous design, then Paste (Control+V) the signature design from the Clipboard.
- Change the default text in the design to reflect your info. Please include your preferred name and pronouns.
- If you use more than one email address or alias, use the dropdown menu under 'Signature defaults' to select your updated signature for those additional addresses.
- At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.
Our email disclaimer text is added automatically to all messages sent outside our domain, so you don't need to add it manually to your signature.
